Position Overview
As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon & Pearce, you'll be the go-to expert connecting customers and service technicians with the right parts at our Finley Branch. Your days will include handling sales, receiving and delivering parts, and managing attachments and merchandise.
With your expertise and commitment, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers' machines running smoothly while ensuring seamless operations within our service team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
- Researches and interprets parts requirements.
- Places machine down and stock orders.
- Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with delivery to proper inventory locations.
- Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
- Follows up on back orders and shortages, advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
- Maintains current product knowledge.
- Participates in Sales Training programs
The Ideal Candidate should have:
- Previous experience in parts desired
- Strong customer service skills
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of data entry and machinery
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to follow safe work environment procedures and operations
- Forklift license preferred (we can help you with this)
