Functions and Events Coordinator

$70,000 - $75,000 + super

Swing Factory (SF) is an Australian-owned business delivering a first-class experience through golf, entertainment, and hospitality. Our Terrey Hills venue combines a modern driving range, mini golf, café/bar, and a vibrant community atmosphere.

We're seeking a proactive and energetic Functions & Events Coordinator to plan and deliver memorable events, drive event sales, and strengthen our connection with the local community.

The Role

  • Coordinate the end-to-end process for all functions and events at the venue
  • Generate and manage event enquiries, from initial sales lead through to confirmed bookings
  • Coordinate both internal and external events - including SF events, corporate golf days, and community activities
  • Manage all function and events logistics, communications, and on-the-day execution to ensure a seamless experience
  • Sales support for SF related programs (corporate memberships, community activation, etc.)
  • Operational support as a senior team member
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and community partners
  • On the ground promotional support, execution and content creation

About You

  • Experience in events, hospitality, or community engagement
  • Strong organisational, administration, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Confidence in customer-facing environments

  • Flexibility to to work evenings and weekends
  • Current RSA, First Aid Certificate, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
