We are currently seeking a Functions Duty Manager on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. If you love hospitality and thrive in creating unforgettable functions and events, we want to hear from you
About the Role
As a Functions Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional experiences at Nikola Estate. You'll lead a dynamic team, supervise delivery of functions, and ensure seamless execution of events—all while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. You'll also support the Operations Manager as needed.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar functions/events role
Proven ability to lead and manage a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in relevant administrative software
Availability to work weekends and nights
