About the Role

Reporting to theGuest Service Manager,the Maintenance Manager plays a key leadership role in maintaining high standards of operational excellence, safety, and customer service across the site. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, support on-site teams, and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth site management across all shifts
  • Supervise and support maintenance, cleaning, and security teams
  • Coordinate with tenants and vendors to resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Monitor budgets and assist with financial processes
  • Lead by example in customer service and professionalism
  • Conduct regular site inspections and manage incident responses
  • Identify and quote additional maintenance or repair work as needed
About You

You're a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service. You'll bring:

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within commercial or retail environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and manage workloads effectively
  • Sound understanding of WHS, safety procedures, and emergency response
  • Solid technical knowledge in property and general maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
