Mainline Consulting provides specialist workforce recruiting solutions in the construction and rail industries, helping organisations of all sizes to find employees at the white-collar level including; office administrators, hr, accounting, safety, project management and engineers.

As a Partnerships & Recruitment Consultant at Mainline Consulting you will have the opportunity to work with these businesses to provide workforce and recruitment solutions to meet their needs. A large part of this role is account management, relationship building and the day to day maintenance of new and existing clients.

**Your daily responsibilities will be varied and will include a range of recruitment associated tasks which include;**
- Build, develop and main strong relationships with employers
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date through day to day activities
- Work with out Virtual assistant for administrative tasks
- Attending meetings

**To be successful for this role you will ideally have**:

- A drive to succeed
- Great relationship building and communication skills
- Can work independently and enjoy problem solving
- Be reliable, flexible and have loads of initiative and a strong work ethic
- Sound administration skills and attention to detail
- Expereince with Seek, Bullhorn ATS would be a bonus

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
