**Tasks & responsibilities**
- General maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, general repairs and maintenance, painting, carpentry, minor electrical, basic plumbing, etc.
- Ensuring the facility grounds and external areas are kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Ensuring that all tasks detailed on the daily, weekly & monthly facility maintenance task lists are completed within set timeframes and all documentation is completed to ensure compliance.
- Maintain all machinery, equipment, and furniture to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Assist other tradespeople as required

**Qualifications** Qualifications & experience**
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Handyman
- A good understanding of WH&S and ability to maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Highly organised with a proven capability to self-manage and prioritise
- Ability to represent and build relationships with other divisions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

**Requirements**:

- You must have full work rights within Australia
- A current clear Police Check
