Woy Woy Auto Electrics is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of our busy auto electrical business.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient experience for our customers while assisting with the day-to-day tasks that keep our business running smoothly. Your key duties will include:

  • Customer Service: Answering phone calls, greeting customers in person, and handling inquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Managing service bookings, coordinating repair schedules, and ensuring timely customer service.
  • First Line of Service: Providing accurate information to customers regarding services, pricing, and expected wait times.
  • Parts & Inventory Assistance: Assisting with customer inquiries on auto electrical parts and providing basic knowledge of products. Supporting inventory management.
  • Admin Support: Performing general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
  • Previous experience in customer service or reception is preferred.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in handling customer inquiries.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Automotive customer software, and basic data entry.
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Industry & Parts: Understanding of basic automotive systems and auto electrical parts is highly preferred. Ability to assist with parts-related inquiries is a plus.
  • A keen interest in the automotive sector and willingness to learn more about auto electrical systems.
