Speech Pathologist – Join Our Team on the Coffs Coast

Full-time or Part-time | Flexible hours | Supportive, innovative team

About Us

At Speech for Everyone, we believe communication is for everyone — and we're passionate about helping individuals express themselves in the ways that matter most.

Our team provides high-quality, client-centred therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, using evidence-based practice and a collaborative approach.

We're a progressive clinic that embraces innovation, including the use of AI tools to support clinical efficiency, documentation, and resource creation. You'll be supported by a team of skilled Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) and virtual administrative staff, allowing you to focus on delivering therapy and achieving meaningful client outcomes.

Located on the beautiful Coffs Coast, our clinic offers an enviable lifestyle — with pristine beaches, lush hinterland, and a friendly community that makes work-life balance genuinely achievable.

About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are curious, adaptable, and eager to grow in a supportive and innovative environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Assess and develop individualised therapy plans for clients across the lifespan
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions across speech, language, fluency, literacy, and social communication
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to maximise outcomes
  • Use digital systems and AI tools to enhance clinical efficiency and streamline reporting
  • Work closely with AHAs to plan, implement, and monitor therapy programs
  • Contribute to team projects, resource development, and program design

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year (based on experience and hours)
  • $1,500 sign-on bonus
  • $1,500 relocation support if moving to the Coffs Coast
  • Flexible hours – full-time or part-time, with genuine autonomy over your schedule
  • Professional development funding and paid training opportunities
  • Regular supervision and mentoring, tailored to your goals
  • Support from Allied Health Assistants and virtual admin systems
  • Access to a growing library of digital and AI-powered therapy tools
  • Opportunities to specialise, lead projects, or diversify your caseload
  • A supportive, family-friendly culture that values wellbeing and professional growth

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

  • A qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA membership (or eligibility)
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve functional, meaningful outcomes
  • Excited about innovation and open to using AI tools and digital systems
  • Organised, collaborative, and committed to reflective practice
  • Skilled in communication, documentation, and professional relationships
  • Holder of a current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)

How to Apply

If you're ready to make a genuine impact in a flexible, forward-thinking clinic, we'd love to hear from you.

Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience, interests, and what excites you about working with Speech for Everyone.
