About the Role

As a Part-Time Speech Pathologist at Skills Connect, you will:

  • Assess and support clients across speech, language, social communication, and early language
  • Deliver therapy within the clinic, local schools, and community settings
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with families
  • Work closely with educators and other allied health professionals
  • Provide meaningful, functional, client-centred therapy
  • Write clear, purposeful reports without unnecessary admin
  • Participate in weekly supervision, mentoring, and team-based learning

You'll also have the opportunity to shape your caseload based on your strengths and interests.

What We're Looking For

  • A recognised Speech Pathology degree
  • Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organised, proactive, and confident in planning sessions
  • Commitment to evidence-based, client-centred practice
  • Driver's licence and transport preferred for community work
