Are you highly organized with a passion for cars and customer satisfaction? Sci-Fleet Motors Brendale is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team

Sci-Fleet Motors has been operating in the motor industry for over 40 years and has grown to encompass 3 Toyota dealerships, 5 Lexus dealerships and 3 Hino dealerships in S.E. QLD. We are Australia's largest-selling Toyota dealer, and we like to pride ourselves as a specialist dealer.

We are looking for an eager and motivated candidate who wants to learn new skills and utilise their existing experience in the automotive industry to join our team. This is a full-time position.

About the role

As a Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will be the lynchpin of our vehicle delivery process. You will be responsible for ensuring every new and used vehicle is meticulously prepared and delivered on time, providing an exceptional handover experience for our customers. This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach and outstanding communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordination: Manage the end-to-end vehicle preparation process by liaising with our sales, service, and detailing departments.
  • Scheduling: Organise and confirm vehicle delivery and handover times, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Customer Communication: Provide proactive and clear communication to customers regarding delivery timelines and vehicle status updates.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every vehicle undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and meets Sci-Fleet's high standards.
  • Documentation: Prepare all necessary paperwork for vehicle delivery and handover.
  • Problem-solving: Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively to keep the delivery process on track.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • A reliable and professional work ethic.
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license.
