The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our growing team. You will be the face of our dining and bar experience, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced yet relaxed environment. Whether you're taking orders, mixing drinks, or ensuring tables are pristine, your role is key to making every guest feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and deliver a high standard of service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks to tables and assist with bar operations
  • Set, clear, and maintain tables in line with service standards
  • Operate POS systems and handle payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and bar areas
  • Uphold RSA and food safety standards at all times
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality (restaurant, café, or bar) preferred
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Availability for shifts across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
  • Barista or bar experience is a plus
