Barista/Allrounder

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Barista/Allrounder to join our passionate team at Pasta Addiction in Fremantle, WA.  As a casual employee, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings in our fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks and beverages to our customers
• Assisting with food preparation, including making sandwiches and other café-style dishes
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service at our front-of-house
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting the wider team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar café/hospitality role
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, friendly and collaborative attitude
• Food handling and safety certification is highly desirable
