The Opportunity

Toll People are seeking a highly motivated Transport Administrator to join our West Gosford team in a maternity relief position. This is an exciting chance to step into the fast-paced world of transport and logistics, where no two days are the same.

Approximate hours will be Monday to Friday 10.30am/11am start to 6pm

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting drivers, customers, and the operations team with essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing KPO connotes, manifest setups, envelopes, and related entries

  • Handling pallet dockets - checking, endorsing, collating, and forwarding to our offshore team, plus filing

  • Maintaining driver run sheets and manifests, ensuring accurate filing and tracking

  • Processing client pre-alerts and managing bookings

  • Managing proof of delivery documents and finalising transport paperwork

  • Responding to customer service queries - via phone and email - with a focus on fast, friendly support

  • Coordinating delivery requests and dock searches, liaising with warehouse team members

  • Supporting driver debriefs and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with great attention to detail

  • Confidence using internal systems, and other software such as Excel, and internal reporting tools

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - to liaise with drivers, customers, and colleagues

  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

  • Prior experience in transport or logistics highly regarded
