Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary teams in a part time capacity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Facilitate the administrative flow of one of our chronic disease management clinics, including processing referrals, scheduling appointments, data entry and facilitating the clinicAssist in the delivery of individual and group programs under the direction of the Allied Health ProfessionalWork in a multidisciplinary team with flexibility to cover in different disciplinesProvide administrative support to the Allied Health TeamUpdate and maintain client date on electronic database

Skills & Experience

Experience working as an Allied Health AssistantExperience working in Allied Health and/or the community health sectorExperience using Trakcare client data management systemHigh level of communication and interpersonal skills
