Who we are
Exercise Research Australia (RTO No is a leader in education services for the tertiary sector. We provide university students with high-quality training and placement experiences in the healthcare industry.
About the role
As a pivotal member of the Training team, this role will be responsible for maximising student career opportunities through the delivery of our flagship program, the HLT43021 Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance. Your day will be varied and entail a combination of:
- Delivering high-quality training and assessment
- Providing group and individual learning support to students
- Actively contributing to ongoing quality assurance practices
- Supporting the student placement experience with our industry partners
Who we are looking for to join our team
The successful applicant will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) or be undertaking this qualification. They will also hold a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, OR be a registered Allied Health Professional with relevant clinical experience.
In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent contemporary industry knowledge/experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and adaptability
- A passion for education, training and workforce development
- Australian citizenship or valid work rights in Australia
- A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
- A current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
