About the role

Are you an Allied Health professional driven to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older Australians? VMCH is seeking passionate team members to join our warm and collaborative Allied Health team, providing casual relief and support across our Northern and Western Melbourne locations.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans to enhance or maintain residents' physical function
  • Lead group exercise sessions and deliver personalised programs in line with AN-ACC guidelines
  • Perform mobility assessments and track progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth handovers to nursing and care staff

About you

You're a passionate and proactive Allied Health professional who thrives in aged care settings and enjoys working across diverse communities.

  • A Tertiary Allied Health Qualification and current AHPRA registration.
  • Proven ability to assess, design, and deliver effective treatment programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with residents, managers, and clinical teams.
  • Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A flexible and self-directed approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 casual shifts per week
