About the Marketing and Business Development team

The Marketing Projects Executive provides high quality research, analysis and project support to the Chief Marketing Officer and senior stakeholders across the firm.

This role is designed for a motivated and outcome-focused professional who thrives on problem solving, working with data and financial information, and delivering insights that shape strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with partners and senior leaders, supporting critical firm initiatives and client development strategies. The position requires intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset and confidence in working independently while contributing effectively within a team.

About the role

Using your research, analytical and strategic skills you will deliver insights that shape firm-wide priorities. Working collaboratively across the business, you will:

• Conduct in-depth research into clients, industries and sectors to inform business development and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports, presentations and briefing materials for partners and senior leaders.
• Support the Chief Marketing Officer on projects such as sector strategy, client research programs and international initiatives.
• Gather and interpret data to support business planning and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve processes through tools such as AI and automation.
• Work closely with partners and colleagues across the Marketing and Business Development team to ensure outputs are relevant, accurate and actionable.

About you

You are motivated, curious and commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach.

You will also have:

• Two or more years' experience in research, consulting, business development, corporate advisory or a related field.
• Proven ability to interpret financial and market data and deliver clear, commercial insights.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• A degree in commerce, economics, finance, business or a related discipline.
• Exposure to professional services or related industries (desirable).
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on quality, integrity and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
