Electrical Engineer
to join our Mission Critical team. This role can be based in
Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane
and offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile data centre projects and mission-critical infrastructure for some of the world's leading technology clients.

What is your role?

You'll take a key leadership role within our national Mission Critical team, contributing to the planning, design and delivery of technically complex data centre and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with national and international clients, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative, resilient engineering solutions.

You'll be involved in technical design, project delivery, and client engagement - supporting everything from feasibility through to detailed design and construction. You will also have the opportunity to grow your expertise in data centre capability and learn from experienced leaders across ADP.

About You

• Degree qualified electrical engineer with 3+ years of experience in the building services industry, delivering complex, high-value projects across critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data centre design and delivery, with an interest in resilient, efficient electrical systems and an appreciation for operational continuity and performance.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating on project teams, engaging with clients, and contributing to outcomes across multidisciplinary environments.
• Exposure to diverse sectors such as mission critical, defence, healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects, with an interest in developing further expertise.
• Confident in managing priorities, learning from senior engineers, and contributing to collaborative solutions.
• Working towards (or eligible for) professional registration and committed to continuous professional development.
