What will your typical day look like?
This role is all about connecting people, performance, and profit. You'll:
- Support workforce planning and resource scheduling decisions, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Help align team capability with business demand
- Contribute to initiatives that improve utilisation, efficiency, and outcomes
You'll gain practical experience in resource management and scheduling, commercial thinking, and stakeholder engagement — building a skill set that sets you up for a rewarding career inside the firm.

Our Resource Management team partners with leaders to ensure the right people are on the right work at the right time. We blend data, commercial understanding, and people insight to drive business performance.
We're collaborative, energetic, and influential — a team that knows the Audit & Assurance business inside out and plays a critical role in how it operates and grows.

You are someone with:
- Has 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Are analytical, confident, and proactive
- Enjoy solving problems and advising others
- Want to learn quickly and take initiative
- Thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment
- Have strong Excel and data interpretation skills
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and can handle competing priorities
- Are keen to develop skills in workforce planning, resource scheduling, or management
