The Role

We're seeking an experienced and detail-focused Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual success of projects from concept to completion. You'll work closely with our project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation across commercial, residential, mining NPI, and defence projects

· Conduct accurate cost estimates, feasibility studies, and value engineering exercises

· Manage design changes, variations, and claims

· Oversee procurement processes and maintain strong supplier/subcontractor relationships

· Prepare and review progress claims, cost reports, and final accounts

· Administer contracts in line with industry standards and client/sector requirements

· Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks

About You

· Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

· –5 years' experience across at least two sectors: commercial, residential, mining NPI, or defence

· Proficiency in cost management software and advanced Excel skills

· Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills

· Ability to work effectively across high-security and remote project environments
