Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Location: Perth, Western Australia

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 + Superannuation (negotiable based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading pre- and post-contract cost management services across a portfolio of projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic commercial advice.
  • Overseeing cost plans, estimates, tender reviews, and value engineering exercises.
  • Managing and mentoring quantity surveyors and cadets to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Providing commercial oversight, reporting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to fee proposals.
  • Representing the firm in client, consultant, and contractor meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal QA systems and industry standards.
What You'll Need
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a consultancy environment delivering cost management services.
  • Professional membership with AIQS, RICS, or working toward chartership.
  • Proven leadership and client-facing experience with strong commercial acumen.
  • Background in mid- to large-scale building or infrastructure projects in Australia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
