**About the role

Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to perform all duties associated with the accurate recording of patient's meal orders and the production of necessary reports through utilisation of the CBORD menu system to ensure a quality meal service which meets the necessary dietary requirements within Qld Health guidelines.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Provide menu support via phone for patients and participate in a call centre environment, taking care to provide prompt and superior customer service.

Assist Patients, Nursing Staff or visitors with any dietary enquiry in a courteous and clear manner whilst remaining within nutrition guidelines. Identify queries outside of scope and forward any relevant information or feedback to Dietitians /Speech Pathologists as required.

Coordinate audits and quality monitoring to ensure performance indicators are maintained.

Understand the Food Hygiene Regulations and Standards and local policies and procedures as required by the Hospital.
