ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Business Automation Team, a group dedicated to designing, building, and deploying automation solutions that simplify the way our clients work.

You'll work across projects that combine Laserfiche, custom web applications, and systems integrations to automate business processes and deliver measurable impact.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Design & Develop Solutions: Build custom business applications and automations using C#, JavaScript, and SQL, integrating across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Implement & Configure Laserfiche: Leverage the Laserfiche platform for document management, digital forms, workflow automation, and system integration.
• Collaborate & Consult: Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable technical solutions.
• Integrate & Extend Systems: Develop APIs, web services, and connectors between third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, DMS).
• Optimise & Support: Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve deployed solutions to ensure long-term value for clients.

This role offers flexibility to be based remotely or in a hybrid arrangement for the right candidate, located within NSW or VIC. Occasional travel may be required. Alternatively, the position can be based at our Wagga Wagga or Wodonga offices.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

What You'll Bring:

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience with C# and JavaScript (both required).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and core web design principles.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web integration techniques.
• Practical experience with SQL queries and basic database administration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking – able to translate business logic into technical execution.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience with Laserfiche, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
• Understanding of Document Management Systems (DMS) and Accounts Payable workflows.
• Background in business automation or process improvement.

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing client-facing applications or dashboards.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS).
