WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Providing expert technical support to a growing client base across Wagga Wagga and the wider Riverina region—from Albury/Wodonga to Young
  • Managing on-site visits for escalations, preventative maintenance, and small project work
  • Working with technologies including Dell, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Copilot, Entra, Azure, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, and VMware
  • Managing ticketing, documentation, and time entries professionally
  • Contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior engineers

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3+ years' experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or fast-paced technical environment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot a range of technologies
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users
  • Excellent time and task management
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel across the Wagga–Young–Albury/Wodonga region

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
  • Experience with ConnectWise or IT Glue
  • A proactive mindset and solutions-oriented attitude
