Job Description

Early Stage (Store Promoter):

  • Promote the store's brand, products, or services.
  • Introduce customers to the latest promotions, discounts, and featured products to attract attention.
  • Assist in executing store and team activities during company events each month.
  • Record customer feedback, collect potential customer contact information, and report accordingly.
  • Complete other promotional tasks as required by the store.

Later Stage (Branch Director):

  • Responsible for the sales of company real estate projects in one or multiple Australian cities, covering products such as apartments, villas, and land.
  • Build and manage a local sales team according to the Australian market strategy, responsible for daily management, training, and implementation of incentive mechanisms, and develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Australian real estate, including market research, customer positioning, marketing planning, and sales strategies to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop sales plans, assemble and train sales teams, expand and maintain sales channels.
  • Monitor sales progress, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to ensure stable sales growth.
  • Establish and improve customer service systems, handle customer complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Build good relationships with local Australian real estate developers, financial institutions, and benchmark competitors to support team business operations.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, establish performance evaluation standards, regularly organize training on sales skills and product knowledge to enhance overall team capabilities.
  • Control the budget for sales team marketing expenses to ensure efficient execution of marketing activities.

2. Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Real Estate Management, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Thai and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate seamlessly with international clients and teams.

Work Experience:

  • Industry experience: Over 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years as a team leader; experience in selling apartments, land, or villas is preferred.
  • Management experience: Experience managing a sales team of over 10 people.
  • Event experience: Experience hosting real estate events such as roadshows, client appreciation banquets, presentations, or property tours is preferred.
  • Overseas market experience: Experience in selling overseas real estate in Thailand or working in Australian real estate sales is preferred.

Core Competencies:

  • Market insight: Deep understanding of Thai and international real estate markets, with the ability to capture market trends and policy changes.
  • Team management: Strong leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Stress tolerance: Ability to work under high pressure, learn the Australian real estate sales system from the ground up, and close deals independently.

Personal Qualities:

  • Customer service awareness: Ability to accurately understand customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Learning ability: Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to market trends and policy changes.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Other Requirements:

  • Client resources: Possess extensive client resources and network channels to quickly drive project sales.
  • Policy awareness: Familiar with real estate laws and regulations, able to adjust marketing strategies according to policy changes.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Approximately 80,000–100,000 THB/month.
  • Career path: Store Promoter → Sales → Team Leader → Branch Manager → Partner.
  • Benefits:
  • Visa: Company covers business visa application costs.
  • Airfare reimbursement: Round-trip domestic tickets every 3 months.
  • Company Partnership: High-performing employees may become company partners, with company support to open stores in Australia/Thailand and participate in store profit sharing; maximum annual profit share can exceed 5 million THB.
  • Performance commission: Project directors with Australian real estate sales capability can participate in team commission distribution; a mature team may earn over 500,000 THB annually in commissions.
  • Employer sponsorship: For outstanding performance, the company can provide Australian employer sponsorship to offer immigration opportunities.

4. Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 day off per week)
