The Role

  • Deliver exceptional service to tenants and landlords, turning enquiries into positive experiences.
  • Support property managers with leasing, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
  • Assist with maintenance requests, including smoke alarm servicing, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure the tenant is caring for the property and reporting back to the landlord.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, always punctual and polished.

Qualifications:

  • Hold your certificate of registration or real estate license or a willingness to obtain
  • Experience is desirable but not essential
  • Computer literacy
  • Hold a current driver's license
