Nestled in eight and a half acres of mature peppermint woodlands and stunningly landscaped gardens, The Aqua Resort offers 41 luxury beachfront houses on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay.
We are looking for a professional management duo for the live on-site caretaker role at the iconic Aqua Resort. This is a hands-on full-time role, for two people, the successful applicants will be responsible for all aspects of the daily resort operations.
This is a rare leadership opportunity for accomplished hospitality professionals to excel in all aspects of resort management. A trade background would be advantageous.

Your Role Includes
- Overseeing front office and guest services with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Maintenance and housekeeping of the resort houses and facilities in accordance with luxury standards.
- Assisting with upkeep of the extensive resort gardens, grounds, leisure facilities spa and pools.
- Recruit, train and develop a passionate team across all departments.
- Ability to supervise small teams and manage contractors as required.
- Knowledge of compliance, WHS and licensing obligations.
- Adhere to trust accounting practices and daily trust receipting, end of month reconciliation and bookkeeping.
- Mange financial performance including budgets, procurement and cost control.
- Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients including council of owners and strata management - must be strong in this field.
- Available to live on-site to assist with guest callouts, after office hours.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a Resort Management Leadership Role.
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office, RMS Property Management System. Knowledge of Strata management procedures is highly desirable.
- Calm, efficient, and organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills with an emphasis on luxury hospitality and guest service.
- Possess a current C class driver's license, working with children and police check or willingness to obtain.
