Multigrass is looking for a Junior Synthetic Grass Installer—whether you're a trainee with no experience or someone with up to 1 year of experience, this is a great opportunity to learn, develop skills, and grow in the industry. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and working with a supportive team, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with site preparation, leveling, and artificial grass installation
  • Measure, cut, and secure synthetic turf with precision
  • Learn to operate hand tools and small machinery (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Work closely with the team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience preferred (for those with prior industry or landscaping experience)

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor

- Eager to learn and develop new skills

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

- Current Valid driver's license

-Must have a Working with Children Check or eligible
