- Plan and manage installation projects, including site preparation and team coordination.
- Install synthetic grass, ensuring proper alignment, cutting, securing, and finishing.
- Supervise and train junior installers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Address on-site challenges and inspect completed projects for quality.
- Communicate with clients and provide guidance on maintenance and care.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in synthetic grass installation or landscaping.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with installation tools and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Physical stamina for outdoor, labor-intensive work.
- Must have a car and driver's license.
- Must have induction card and working with children

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
