Square Insulated Panel Construction (SquareIPC) is hiring 2 site-based team members to build and install cool rooms, freezer rooms, and insulated panel systems across Melbourne and greater VIC. We're open to starters (with solid hand/power tool skills) and experienced installers.

What you'll do

  • Install insulated wall/ceiling panels, doors, trims, flashings, and seals
  • Measure, cut, align and fasten panels to spec; apply neat silicone/sealant finishes
  • Read basic drawings, follow SWMS, maintain a tidy, safe site
  • Operate common hand/power tools and access equipment (e.g., scissor lift)
  • Load/unload materials; assist with site setup/pack-down
  • (Experienced) Run small tasks, check quality, mentor juniors

You'll bring

  • Starter level: Comfortable with drills, impact drivers, levels, grinders; reliable; eager to learn
  • Experienced level: Proven cool room/insulated panel installation; can work to drawings with minimal supervision
  • Construction White Card (or willing to obtain promptly)
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Physically healthy
  • Right to work in Australia

Nice to have (we can help you get these)

  • Working at Heights / EWP (scissor/boom) tickets
  • Forklift licence
  • Basic carpentry/metalwork skills
  • First Aid
