Location: Flexible between, South Australia (Mawson Lakes) or Queensland (Murarrie)

The Qualification Pathways Partner is an integral part of Goodstart's commitment to growing and supporting our workforce.

In this role, you will manage the administrative operations of our Certificate III Traineeship and Diploma Upskill programs, ensuring compliance with training contracts and supporting the professional development of Goodstarters. You will work closely with internal teams, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), and external stakeholders to deliver programs efficiently and accurately, while fostering strong partnerships and continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting learning and growth in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Your Impact:

As a Qualification Pathways Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting Goodstarters' learning journeys by ensuring the smooth administration of Certificate III Traineeship and Diploma Upskill programs. Your work will keep programs compliant, on track, and efficient, building strong partnerships with RTOs, internal teams, and centres, and directly contributing to the growth and development of our workforce.

You'll bring to the table:

  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Education, or related field (desirable)
  • Knowledge of training contracts, RTO processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in administrative support and program coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
