Chief People

Australian Country Choice (ACC) is a proud industry leader in producing and supplying the highest quality beef products to both local and export markets. Employing over 1,500 team members, this diverse operation runs 300,000 head of cattle across 4.5 million acres of large-scale breeding, backgrounding, farming, and feed lotting, through to a modern food processing, value-add packing, and cold storage facility located at Cannon Hill near Brisbane's CBD.
ACC is the largest Australian-owned and privately operated, fully integrated beef supply chain. This structure provides the best of both worlds — the opportunity and security of a progressive corporate pastoral operation that continues to grow, develop, and innovate, along with the support and personal touch that comes from being part of a family-owned business.
ACC = Aim. Culture. Capability
ACC strives to earn its stripes as a master of its craft, with a commitment to "being right" in everything it does — and how it does it — by delivering the highest standards in safety, customer service, operational excellence, and people.
