We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Greenvale on a Permanent Part Time basis.

As part of our supportive team, you will provide a person-centred approach to our client, supporting them with:

  • Personal care
  • Community access
  • Household tasks

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a SIL home
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs
  • Ability to follow strategies provided by Allied Therapists
  • Confident in providing personal care
  • Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs

Shifts (Permanent Part Time)

This is a set roster. MUST be available for all the shifts below:

There is also a casual position available if the below roster does not suit

  • Week 1:
  • Thursday 5:00pm – 9:00am (includes sleepover 10:00pm – 6:00am)
  • Week 2:
  • Monday 7:00am – 10:00am
  • Wednesday 7:00am – 10:00am
  • Saturday 7:00am – 11:30am

Essential Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Valid Driver's Licence with Comprehensive Car Insurance

Pay Rates

(SCHADS Award – Permanent Part-Time, Above Award + Leave Entitlements)

  • Day shift: $34.19
  • Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Mon–Fri): $38.46
  • Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon–Fri): $39.32
  • Saturday: $51.29
  • Sunday: $68.38
  • Public holiday: $85.48

*SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):*

  • Base hourly rate: $35.15
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
  • Saturday: $49.21
  • Sunday: $63.27
  • Public holiday: $77.33
