We are extremely active in the Australian Defence and National Intelligence communities and have offices and a presence in Queensland, Sydney and Canberra. 

As a result of our resource augmentation business experiencing significant growth we are seeking the interest of experienced Recruitment/Professional Services professionals who share our passion for ethical business practice, high standards and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage our relationships and expand your network within a specific set of established customers within the Defence and National Security space.
  • Gain an understanding of customer challenges, strategic direction and projects in the pipeline.
  • Understand specific requirements for current and future client assignments and work to ensure we are front of mind with clients when those opportunities are released.
  • Maintain exceptional standards for client satisfaction (both contractor and customer), including but not limited to detailed face-to-face and video screening interviews, coordination and management of deep-dive technical testing and covert project & cultural background checks.

Ideal experience (but we are still interested in talking if you don't tick all boxes):

  • Proven technical recruitment experience in either an agency, search or service provider setting. Preferably in the delivery of contract or labour hire services.
  • Strong business acumen and an ability or desire to understand what happens on client side within enterprise ICT projects
  • An embracement of technology, AI and digital and the impact this embracement can have on your ability to work smarter.
  • Be pro-active and have a care-factor - you have to be passionate about providing this service well.
  • Be a self starter. While it is optional, most of our team work from home/are remote so being self-motivated to achieve outcomes is important.
  • A security or cyber risk appreciation is an added bonus.
