A typical day as a Frontline Agency Manager will include:

  • Identify & develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales calls both phone and face to face
  • Attend off site client visits
  • Participate in our professional development training program
  • Source and interview suitable candidates for vacant positions
  • Facilitate the recruitment process (360-degree consultant)
  • Collaborate with other agencies in the Frontline network
  • Grow you team to achieve the same...

If you are an experienced 360-degree Recruitment Consultant or Agency Manager, OR a Senior Retailer and Sales Manager looking to get off the shop floor, then you're a great fit

Ideally, you will have...:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in agency recruitment in a 360-degree role
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Adept at managing, tracking and achieving results
  • High level of interpersonal communication
  • Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and "bounce back" from setbacks
