Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilise LinkedIn and our CRM, networking events, and other platforms to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Desirables:

  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the recruitment process.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software.
  • Experience in sales is desirable, but not mandatory.
