About the role
This is a full-time Human Resources Advisor role within the Oreco Group, based in Childers, QLD. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a key part in supporting the company's HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Partnering with managers to address HR-related concerns and implement solutions
- Coordinating and facilitating employee learning and development programs
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide practical, commercial HR solutions
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field would be ideal but not essential
