Principal Advisor

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Principal Advisor to join the Human Resource Services Team at the Bundaberg or Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:

• Lead the provision of strategic and expert practical industrial and employment relations advice and support to the Chief Executive and Executive Management Team within Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS), including responsibility for industrial and employment relations, management and oversight of complaints of corrupt conduct, Public Interest Disclosures and in relation to the Human Rights Act (Qld) 2019.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $182,185 p.a., comprising salary between $150,906 - $159,677 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
