Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to join our National Marketing Team. This full-time role is ideal for a results-driven, creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail. You'll play a key role in supporting our residential real estate business, working closely with a large network. You'll contribute to brand management, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, internal and external communications.

Led by the National Marketing Manager, our team drives national initiatives for Elders Real Estate, an iconic Australian brand with 300 offices. Our goal is to position Elders Real Estate as a leading agency in Australia, and to support our offices in achieving similar recognition within their local markets.

Responsibilities

As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing a broad range of marketing and sales enablement materials for our agents, including localised campaigns, brochures, press, presentations, social media content, signage, sponsorships and more
• Execution of integrated national marketing campaigns, from concept development through to launch and post campaign analysis
• Managing our internal communications channels; our intranet, edms and WhatsApp community
• Product ownership for our digital design platforms and champion continuous development of digital and print assets for agents
• Supporting our Digitial Marketing Specialist with management of our website, social media and content creation
• Managing relationships with external partners - briefing agencies, reviewing creative, and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines
• Supporting the broader marketing team with the coordination of events including our awards and recognition program, and conferences.

About You

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, along with min 2-3 years relevant industry experience
• A strong understanding of brand consistency and campaign development across traditional and digital marketing channels
• Experience supporting or working closely with a large network of sales teams/people, and a genuine interest in creating tools and campaigns that help them sell
• Clear and confident communication skills, with strong writing and stakeholder engagement ability
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms
• Excellent organisation and project management skills, high attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience in real estate would be highly regarded
