About Our Client
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to join our clients team in Mt Thorley, NSW. Our client is a well-established provider of fire protection and safety services, delivering end-to-end solutions across installation, maintenance, and compliance. With a strong reputation in the industry, they specialise in ensuring workplaces and facilities meet strict safety standards while providing reliable and innovative fire protection systems.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Scheduling and planning via SimPRO
  • Client communication and coordination
  • Invoicing and timesheet processing
  • Liaising with site technicians and trades labour pool

What You Will Need

  • Experience in planning, scheduling, or administration (ideally within trades, facilities, or service industries)
  • Familiarity with SimPRO or similar job management software
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
