Experienced and capable administration operator with strong office and computer skills required to provide support activities for a Roads Maintenance Team with a State Government Department based at Dubbo.

Reporting to the District Works Manager, you will provide a range of administration and general office support duties across the business unit, and supporting various stakeholders working from your base depot at Dubbo.

To be deemed suitable for this role, you must have at least 2 years of administration experience within a civil or construction environment with a sound working knowledge of Office 365 and SAP. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, proven ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities, with exemplary team work capabilities.

This role will require you to work in-office in Dubbo on a full time basis  with an immediate start of work required. This role is available for an initial period to December 2025, with potential for further work depending on operational needs and satisfactory work performance.

You will be working in a busy and reactive environment, with a potential requirement for overtime on occasion to complete tasks, to support the Works Manager as well as various operational staff.
