Road Works Labourer

We currently have an opportunity available for a capable and experienced labourer for work with a road maintenance team based from Dubbo.
Commencing ASAP, this role will involve working full time hours for a period of approximately 6 months with potential to extend for good quality workers. An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered as well as penalty rates and allowances for additional hours and work related travel.
truck licence or plant operating experience/tickets would be an advantage but not essential.
Applicants will need to hold a current traffic control card.
Successful Applicants will need;
- Current WHS White Card
- Worker On Foot card - or willingness to obtain prior to start of work (online link able to be provided for successful applicant)
- Driver licence - with MR licence or above an advantage, but not essential
- Traffic control ticket - essential
- good all round fitness for manual work tasks
- previous experience with road maintenance or civil construction will be highly regarded
This role will involve travel for work and stay away for up to a week at a time throughout various locations of the Orana and Western NSW.
