Banking & Finance Lawyer | Sydney CBD | Lots of Mentoring
The Opportunity
Our client is a growing commercial law firm. With a strong pipeline of work, this law firm is looking for a lawyer with around 1 to 3 years pae for the banking & finance team.
The role will see you working on high value finance transactions and the transactions will range from property finance deals to corporate finance matters, advising on structured finance, advising on regulatory matters as well as general commercial law work.

Our client is a growing commercial law firm with offices on the East coast. The partners pride themselves on their client services and relish in developing their lawyers.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- At around 1 to 3 years pae in the area of banking & finance from a well respected banking & finance team or in-house environment OR commercial lawyer with exposure finance law matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Team focused but also be able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines
- Can do attitude and enthusiasm
