About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HR Payroll (Australian Payroll). This role involves managing payroll functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting system enhancements, and providing high-quality customer engagement. It offers high visibility with the client and opportunities for offshore collaboration, with potential on-site engagement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary contact for customer stakeholder management to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams for seamless payroll execution.
  • Manage payroll processes including Personnel Administration, Time Management, Taxation, Superannuation, PCR Schema, Wage Types, HRSP, and SAP HR Time.
  • Provide functional expertise during payroll operations, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution in payroll systems.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR Payroll – Australian Payroll.

  • Familiarity with UI5 for enhanced user experience.
