A highly respected institution based on the Southern Shire, with huge plans for the future, are looking to secure a talented Senior Payroll Manager to manage a large sized payroll and mentor fantastically motivated and bright Payroll Officers.

**Role requirements**:

- Management of Payroll function, services and team. Proven track record in leading payroll teams.
- Requires experience and comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems (at least 5-7 years relevant experience), be results oriented and committed to continuous improvement of payroll system capability, business/service processes, user knowledge and proficiency.
- Extensive payroll management, project management experience and payroll services advisory and consulting abilities
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, influencing, business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and reporting and analysis skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Implement desired award and enterprise agreement changes/enhancements
- Provide ongoing system and payroll processes and delivery advisory/consulting services
- Coach, mentor and train staff and improve the reporting and analysis system capability and user capability
