We're working with a top-tier international law firm seeking a talented Funds lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join their market-leading practice in Sydney. This is a chance to work on high-value, cross-border transactions for major Australian and global fund managers, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds.

You'll gain exposure to both transactional and regulatory work from capital raisings and investments through to M&A and fund formation. You'll also be mentored by some of the best in the market and have genuine opportunities for growth, client exposure, and global secondments.

What they're looking for:

  • A Bachelor of Laws and current practicing certificate
  • Ideally 2 - 7 years' legal experience in funds, ideally from a top-tier or international firm
  • Strong technical and drafting skills with commercial acumen
  • Confidence managing clients and working across teams
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for the funds space
