We are working with a unique and highly active PE Fund manager who invest in high growth businesses with active who are on a huge growth trajectory and searching for a an Investment Associate to join their team

The Head of Private Capital is an exceptional leader with an extremely strong network and track record. We are looking for a highly commercial, thoughtful but dynamic individual. Ideally with great deal of transactional and Investing experience and a passion for the growth space and turning businesses around.

The firm is very hands on with their assets and high commercial acumen and very strong technical skills are a must.

They are looking for someone with a strong IB Background, who can understand how to commercially and financially model and who will be heavily involved with both investing and the operating companies.

You will be working with a collaborative team who have an incredible culture and who genuinely enjoy spending time together. This role has a highly attractive comp package, huge career growth prospects and sustainable work/life balance.

Skills and experience

2-6+ years in Strategy or Private Equity or Equities Research

Strong commercial acumen

Ability to lead the execution of transactions

Experience sitting on or observing on boards ideal.

Knowledge of the growth equity and or restructuring space

Understand commercial, financial and operational drivers if growth businesses

CFA or CA qualified desirable

Deal experience non-negotiable

Top tier Strategy experience desirable

PE experience desirable
