We are currently hiring for a leading investment bank based in Sydney at Mid to Senior Associate level.

You'll play a key role in the execution of complex and high-profile deals, working closely with senior bankers on strategic mandates across M&A, ECM & DCM. The role will suit an Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to deepen their expertise within the financial services sector.

  • Lead valuation analysis, financial modelling, and due diligence processes.
  • Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and board-level documentation.
  • Contribute to origination efforts by developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Support and mentor Analysts, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs.

Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years' experience across M&A - ideally with a top tier investment bank or those returning from corporate development may also be considered.
  • Strong technical capability in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, commercial mindset.
  • Exposure to high-value, complex transactions in the financial services space.
