The Role

As a Passenger Services Agent at Sydney International Airport, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers. Whether it's checking in families heading on holiday, guiding passengers who need mobility assistance, or helping someone on their way to see loved ones overseas you'll be creating memorable experiences every day.

Your responsibilities will include:


• Delivering friendly and professional customer service at check-in, boarding, and arrival points.


• Ensuring flights depart safely and on time by supporting airline operations.


• Assisting passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility support through the terminal.


• Maintaining strong punctuality and teamwork to keep services running smoothly.


• Being flexible to work across a 24/7 roster, with a minimum of 20 hours per week across five days. Additional hours and overtime opportunities are available.

Recruitment Process
