About Us 

No Standing is a creative agency working across multiple entities in Australia and internationally. We're looking for an experienced contractor accountant to help manage the financial operations of our group. This role is fully remote and requires an Australian-based professional operating under a company ABN.

The Role 

This is an ongoing contractor position managing the day-to-day accounting needs of several businesses. You'll ensure our records are accurate, reconciled, and always tax-ready. You'll also manage our accounts inbox, respond to queries, and assist with reporting and grant applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting across multiple entities in Xero

  • Reconcile accounts, including intercompany transactions and related-party accounts

  • Ensure all records are BAS and tax-ready, working with our external accountant

  • Act as first point of contact for accounts email inbox (suppliers, clients, partners)

  • Assist with grant applications and financial reporting

About You

  • Based in Australia with a company ABN (not individual)

  • Experienced in multi-entity accounting and reconciliations

  • Strong knowledge of Xero (multi-entity / multi-currency experience highly regarded)

  • Professional communicator and highly organised

  • Able to work independently with attention to detail

  • Contractor role (company ABN required)

  • Remote work but must be based in Australia

  • Ongoing monthly engagement
